MYON RETURNS FOR SUMMER

As part of Summer Reading at New York Libraries, the State Education Department and myON are partnering again this year to bring thousands of enhanced digital books to children from birth through 8th grade. The myON digital books will be available from May 1 through September 30. To start downloading books, go to MyON, click the MyON Login button, and enter the following: School name = New York Reads; Username = read; Password = books. More information coming soon!

READY SET FUN

The WPBS Ready-Set-Fun! Sunny Days Festival will take place on Saturday, May 11 from 10am-2pm at Salmon Run Mall. Participants can meet PBS characters Clifford, Curious George and Peg+Cat, explore over 30 different fun and engaging hands-on activities hosted by community organizations, and help celebrate the young authors of this year’s PBS Kids Writers Contest!
