New month, new lists!

We've got best of June lists from The Millions, Entertainment Weekly, Lit Hub, Vulture, and Amazon.

For all you genre fans, we've got Mysteries and Thrillers from Barnes and Noble, 11 essential picks for June from CrimeReads, and the 2019 ITW Thriller awards have been announced!

In speculative news, we've got a Sci-Fi/Fantasy summer reading list from io9, and Tor has June lists for both Sci-Fi and Fantasy. And don't be surprised if you find your copies of The Broken Earth trilogy seeing some extra checkouts this summer; the first volume,The Fifth Season, has just been selected as the PBS New Hour-New York Times book club title for June.

Finally, #FridayReads: In addition to the aforementioned romantical reread, I'm in the middle of Spinning Silver, by Naomi Novik. I've also been eyeing my Actual Home Bookshelves the last few days, so maybe something will jump out at me. Happy reading!
