RA for your Friday 3/9/18

I apologize to everyone for the weather; I took my snow tires off last weekend and this is the result. Any chance I could make it up to you by giving away some canvas summer reading bags for your book club? Just e-mail me with the subject line "Libraries Rock!" and enter to win 15 canvas bags! [Bonus: I have 30 bags, so there will be TWO lucky winners!]

And now, bookish news.

PBS continues its Now Read This book club with March's selection Exit West, and the April Library Reads list is out - go ahead and print one out for yer corkboard!

Resource alert! Lit Hub has just launched a new website called CrimeReads, and it looks pretty amazing. Go for the Reading Lists feature, stay for the everything else.

Ava DuVernay's adaptation of A Wrinkle in Time opens this weekend, so be sure that your library copy is bright and shiny and ready for people who will want to read the book after having seen the movie.

Finally, #FridayReads: I'm not saying I'm taking a half day to start Alyssa Cole's A Princess in Theory, but I am taking a half day, and I am starting that book, so... Happy reading!
