Libraries and other non-profit organizations use bylaws as a formal and legally-recognized resource to identify the ways that the organization will work.  Bylaws are often considered the “operating manual” for an organization.  We’ll take an organized approach to reviewing and updating your bylaws and your Board of Regents Charter to better reflect your operating procedures.  Whether you’re considering small changes like meeting times or big ones like changing the number of trustees on your board or the length of board terms—this is the class for you!
