This is a two-part class.
In the first session (March 7), the presenters will cover both the planning and question formulation phases of survey design, exploring the role of empathy in creating surveys that work for both your users and your library.
In the second session (March 14), the presenters will discuss survey distribution and how to analyze and take action on your results.

Viewing locations include: NNYLN in Potsdam, NCLS in Watertown, and CEFLS in Plattsburgh. Those in attendance at the in-person viewing sites will be entered into a drawing to win a copy of the Robin and Kate’s book Making Surveys Work for Your Library: Guidance, Instructions, and Examples. One entry per session attended per person. The drawing will take place at the end of the March 14th presentation at each location.
